Founder & Lead Instructor
Kayle founded Fire Bike with a mission to bring professional bicycle response training to fire and EMS agencies nationwide. With over a decade in the fire service and extensive experience as a bike team instructor, he brings a unique perspective that connects skills to real-world situations. His background as a Level 3 NICA Coach ensures that training methodology is grounded in proven educational techniques that help students of all skill levels succeed.

Ray Hall
Instructor
Ray brings an unparalleled combination of fire service experience and elite-level cycling expertise to Fire Bike. As a former professional mountain bike racer who competed at the highest levels—including a 3rd place finish at the World Championships—Ray understands what it takes to perform under pressure. His nearly two decades in the fire service combined with world-class bike handling skills allow him to teach advanced techniques that translate directly to emergency response scenarios.
